Purpose
The position is responsible for creating and maintaining all firm-wide internal client system reporting, including team assignments and advanced priority templates. This role requires presenting monthly on client systems performance, reporting gains, and automation improvements, as well as developing ad hoc client presentations related to SPOC and National Programs. Additionally, the role supports automation initiatives for client systems, including re-projections, completions, and DRA/ADR reporting, while also managing manual reporting requirements. The position involves developing and delivering firm-wide training on client systems, case management, and other software, as well as creating and maintaining monthly reports for upper management. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the role includes analyzing complex data using Excel, generating high-level and detailed workflow charts, and serving as a key resource on the Shared Services team for data collection, analysis, and presentation of operational results.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
- Create all firm wide internal client system reporting
- Maintain all firm wide internal client system reporting with team assignments
- Assign multi-team steps daily
- Assist with client systems automation related to re-projections and completions
- Create and maintain all firm wide innovative reporting
- Present monthly on client systems performance related to automation, completions, timeliness
- Create adhoc client presentations related to SPOC and National Programs
- Assist with advanced priority template and reporting creation
- Assist with DRA reporting automaton and manual requirements
- Assist with ADR reporting automaton and manual requirements
- Create firm wide trainings related to client system, case management, and other software
- Create, manage, and maintain monthly reports for upper management
- Create and analyze complex data using Excel
- Create high level and detailed workflow charts
- Serve as a go-to resource on the Shared Services team for data collection, analysis, and presentation, summarizing operational results
- Assist with any special projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Business Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ Years of default experience
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Able to reason with, negotiate, instruct, or persuade others.

- Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
- Able to occasionally work evenings or weekends in order to complete objectives as needs arise.
