Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM - Project MGT Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM). Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of project management systems and ensure their alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the scalability performance and security of the implemented solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the system architecture to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and modifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into the architecture.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the integration of Oracle Cloud PPM with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the systems capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud PPM
• Project MGT Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM).
• Should have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Nice to have experience in Billing & Revenue Management.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
