Job Summary

The Regional Vice President (RVP) will oversee multiple regions within Texas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, operational efficiency, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The RVP will lead a team of Regional Directors and Program Managers to drive strategic growth while maintaining a strong focus on client-centered care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Lead and support Regional Directors, Program Managers, and clinical teams across multiple locations.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Represent the organization in community outreach, advocacy, and partnership-building efforts.

Operational Oversight
Ensure compliance with Texas Health & Human Services (HHS), Medicaid Waivers (HCS, TxHmL), and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost-control measures across assigned regions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements. Ensure proper staffing, training, and retention strategies for all locations.

Quality & Compliance
Implement policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of care.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans as needed.
Stay up to date with state and federal regulations affecting IDD services.

Business Development & Community Engagement
Identify growth opportunities, including new service areas and program expansions.
Build relationships with local agencies, advocacy groups, and community partners.
Collaborate with state agencies to advocate for policy improvements and funding.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in IDD services, home and community-based services (HCBS), or a similar healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of Medicaid waiver programs (HCS, TxHmL, CLASS, etc.).
Familiarity with Texas HHS regulations and IDD service delivery models.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements.

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
