ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton's Content Department - comprising our Production, Studio Operations, and Instructor teams - works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-paced department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming. The Instructor Strategy Senior Coordinator supports day-to-day needs for our instructor team, as well as events, shoots, and activations across the company driven by our on-air fitness talent. This role will report to the Director, Instructor Strategy.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Contribute to a structured instructor briefing for new activations and events, ensuring alignment with Peloton's brand standards and providing a consistent experience for instructors in all environments.
  • Leads coordination of day-to-day requests for PSL instructor involvement from the emerging business and corporate wellness marketing teams, including social content, in-class shoutouts, interview or blog requests, virtual and in-person events, and networking appearances.
  • Schedules, troubleshoots issues/questions, coordinates logistics, and generally supports instructor involvement with commercial and strategic partners across the company, including Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott, DSG, Amazon, Chase, NYRR, and NBA, among others as partnerships launch.
  • Act as on-the-ground support for INTL bookings and events, focused support on instructors.
  • Schedule meetings and briefings with PSL instructors and stakeholders, including producers, programming managers, and other production staff, as well as cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fields requests for instructor print and broadcast press, ensuring deadlines are met and instructors are briefed.
  • Schedules, troubleshoots issues/questions, coordinates logistics, and generally supports instructor involvement and casting conversations for brand, product, apparel, and content marketing usage and promotions.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 2-3+ years experience posting on brand social accounts.
  • Confidence, clear communication skills, and a positive, self-starting mentality.
  • Willingness to travel and work on evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in Google Suite is required.
  • Ability to work with high-profile on-air talent in a discretionary, confidential environment.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$71,585-$93,061 USD
