As a CBRE Project Manager - Executive Assistant for an Investment Sales Team, you will support high-level executives and lead projects to ensure the smooth operation of the team. This role combines exceptional organizational skills, project management, critical thinking, and strong communication abilities to enhance team efficiency and accountability.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling commercial properties on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do:

- Prioritize tasks, lead multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization: Client events, team meetings, coordinating client meetings/roadshows, organizing new team members onboarding, rolling out new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency

- Supervise and coordinate various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.

- Maintain accurate records of project developments, decisions made, and follow-ups required.

- Assist key executives and team members with email management, client communication, and prioritization of tasks and deadlines.

- Schedule, organize, and lead team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.

- Identify areas for improvement within team processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and collaboration.

- Develop project timelines, track progress, and report on the status of various initiatives to executives and team members.

- Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel and materials.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, facilitating communication and ensuring clarity on project status.

- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks and resolve challenges.

- Compile summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing assignments.

- Assist with request for proposals and market information. Evaluate data and prepare real estate reports on historical data, and market comparisons.

- Gather materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

- Other duties as needed

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Certified Project Manager preferred.

- Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager - Executive Assistant position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager - Executive Assistant position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
