As we expand our operations in North America, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southwest Sales Region.

As the Southwest Sales Manager in our DENSO Robotics Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the Southwest region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the region, cultivating strong relationships with customers, prospecting new opportunities, and expanding our business in the Southwest Region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Must live in the Southwest region in the US (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico ) and will cover Central Mexico, and Brazil as well. Travel within region as needed, up to 50% of the time, and as requested out of the region.

Other Responsibilities would include:
  • Develops new customers by conducting research, contacting new system integrators and distributors, working with end user accounts and investigating and penetrating new markets and industries for DENSO robotic usage.
  • Realizes and manages existing customers' potential by developing and managing the channel/distributor network, the system integrator network and direct customer sales within a region and provides information updates, product application data, new product seminars, etc.
  • Represents the company and its robotic offering at various marketing venues (i.e. trade shows, customer open houses, RIA events, training sessions, etc.) with emphasis on lead follow-up and sales acquisition.
  • Performs sales planning and forecasting for assigned territory and accounts and miscellaneous administrative activity to support accounts.
  • Prepares price quotations, communicates or negotiates terms and conditions of sales within limits of authority, and writes orders subject to company policy.
  • Conducts and receives DENSO Technical updates and training on product and procedures a usage of our Robot and associated equipment.
  • Works with affiliates to identify system integration partners and provides support.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and interactions with existing and prospective customers during the sales process in Salesforce CRM.
  • Creates KPI Reports for executive management.
  • Travel requirements up to 50%
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish


Qualifications would include:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Robotics, Automation or Technology industry.
  • Understanding of the robotics industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; discretion in deciding what and how to communicate; ability to prepare and deliver oral presentations to maximize the impact of thoughts transmitted
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan, organize and carry out assignments from management with minimal discretion; ability to work under high pressure, self-directed with sound business judgement and decision making
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to define program, project or process objectives, identify customers/stakeholders and their interests, plan steps, and to coordinate resources to accomplish goals and objectives in an effective and timely manner
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
