Position: Sr. Product Line Manager

What You Will Do:

The Sr. Product Line Manager is responsible for leading our Innovation projects with the Innovation director, Collaborations and helping to drive our Athlete kits in apparel as well as new space for us in apparel in the marketplace.

This position requires the ability to inspire cross functional shareholders. In conjunction with the Director of Innovation and the Global Product Director, the Sr. PLM provides leadership for the GTM teams as consumer, market and business expert while monitoring the process through ongoing interaction with internal and external cross-functional teams. From brief to commercialization, the Sr. PLM provides product, consumer, business and market expertise while ensuring key product creation calendar milestones are met. With expert level thinking, communication and heavy emphasis on presentation skills, the Sr. PLM fosters a highly collaborative work relationship with Design, Innovation, Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations and other key internal and external stakeholders.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Partner with the Innovation director to help drive athlete insights into new product and help create distinction in the marketplace.
  • Be tightly aligned with Sports Marketing & weartesting on how we gather our elite athletes' feedback and fuel that into our product process.
  • Be the consumer expert and mine consumer insights to inform and validate product direction
  • Communicate with product team on future product direction, and collaborate with cross functional teams to bring new products to life
  • Partner with Merch Director to build apparel for Elite Athletes as well as creating new silhouettes for consumers.
  • Help lead the collaboration projects in partnership with Brand and design. Identify new partners, partner with Brand to build the story and ensure the product executions are premium and Brand enhancing.
  • Create the strategic plan for an emerging & complex business, inclusive of a multi-year roadmap that incorporates consumer/product and marketplace insights, innovation, business analysis.
  • Create and deliver compelling and inspirational product presentations that drive the vision home
  • Work in conjunction with Global Product Director, Merch, Finance, and Operations to set and manage SKU productivity/margin goals


What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5 years' experience in a product-related role.

  • Positive self-starter who leans into ambiguity and creates clarity for those around them
  • Comfortable forging new paths within an emerging Brand
  • Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others
  • Strong understanding of the Footwear construction and story-telling process
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and deadlines - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally

Hiring Range:
$116,640.00 USD - $145,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
