Role Description: Seasoned Systems Analyst with over 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration, specifically within Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments. Adept at analyzing and managing M365 product updates, evaluating configuration impacts, and implementing best practices to align with enterprise standards. Demonstrated ability to prepare technical documentation, job aids, and user guides to communicate recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled communicator and collaborative team player with a track record of delivering strategic insights across M365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Viva Engage, and more.

You'll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Monitor updates and changes within the M365 GCC platform
- Analyze impact of product updates on the State of Michigan's M365 tenant
- Recommend product configurations in alignment with state standards and licensing
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user job aids
- Participate in team sessions with Microsoft and internal stakeholders
- Support collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Loop, Viva Engage, etc.
Required Skills:
- 3-5+ years of M365 administration and configuration experience, preferably in Microsoft GCC
- Proven ability to assess product changes and recommend enterprise-wide implementation strategies
- Experience preparing clear technical documentation for both internal teams and end users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring SharePoint and Teams content
You'll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
