Description:
We have an immediate need for a detail-oriented, innovative consumer marketer, and brand developer to lead the global product development and line planning activities as well as marketing processes to drive our high-profile franchise brand of TRANSFORMERS.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, operations, regional marketing, digital marketing, public relations, global consumer insights, and franchise team) on all phases of toy product development and toy marketing for the TRANSFORMERS KID and PRESCHOOL business.
The successful candidate will need to be a proactive, high energy, collaborative and responsive team member with a mindset that combines strong creative acumen with analytic based judgment.

A Day in the life of the Brand Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing - Transformers:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design & Development, Brand Writing, Packaging, Engineering, Costing and Finance to bring excellent and profitable product to market.
Demonstrate strategic and creative thought leadership and apply consumer and social insights to drive product innovations.
Be the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist to contribute to insight-led product development; leading product-specific research initiatives.
Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, share best practices, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance on local plans.
Own & navigate critical data entry and forecasting information; additionally, ensuring the integrity of that information throughout internal systems across the portfolio.
Deliver highly impactful presentations to internal team members, partners and retail accounts.
Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
Analyze data and share insights on product performance and marketing impact.
Partner with marketing partners on regional marketing and merchandising activities relative to category plan.
Lead the development of our overall go-to-market strategy.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach, and an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn and problem-solve across the business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
Highly diligent and driven nature to execute with excellence
A consumer-centric mentality, with the ability to get into their minds to make recommendations that guide the brand
Analytical skills: Experience in analyzing POS, NPD, and other data-reporting systems; Ability to understand and interpret qualitative data relating to our consumers and brands
Presentation skills: Capability to provide sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
