Job Description Summary
The Senior Systems & Analytics Operations Leader is a crucial role within the Gas Power Product Management organization, dedicated to advancing systems & tools for the PM teams. This leader is also instrumental in executing operations that support the installed base, Product Line financials and regional engagement.

The role involves overseeing the expansion of system functionalities to support Product Management strategic initiatives. It requires facilitating cross-functional collaboration to enhance data management infrastructure, integrating visual analytics and financial systems, and optimizing processes in partnership with data owners. The leader will manage contractors supporting IBAT and DIB to ensure efficient coordination and execution of tasks related to the installed base.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating ongoing region engagement with Product Management teams, partnering with Finance team around Product Line Financials, and driving operational excellence through Lean and other continuous improvement initiatives. This position demands strong project management skills and the ability to influence resource allocation across organizational boundaries.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT resources and contractors to ensure a coordinated approach to systems and tools development and maintenance, particularly for IBAT and DIB
  • Develop and implement new processes in partnership with data owners to prioritize data requiring additional scrutiny, ensuring robust management of installed base data and ongoing data quality improvement
  • Facilitate the integration of new systems functionalities with current and future product management infrastructure
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, IT, Global Supply Chain) to maintain a harmonized data management infrastructure, emphasizing existence of single source of truth in all areas
  • Identify and implement solutions that enhance responsiveness, lead time reduction, and quality improvement across the product management team
  • Drive operational excellence by supporting Lean and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of Product Line Financials (PLF) and ensure ongoing communication of PLF to Product Management teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align system functionalities with business objectives and drive continuous improvement around data quality and simplification
  • Enhance analytics capabilities to support strategic decision-making and effective management of the installed base
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities, focusing on the efficient management of contractors supporting IBAT and DIB
  • Facilitate region engagement sessions and support operational rhythms for various rhythms driven by Product Management (i.e. MGPP, Frame specific updates, etc.)


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Proven related working operational experience
  • Experience in leading in a matrix environment


Eligibility Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally as needed, up to 25% of the time and must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills


Pay Transparency

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $134,000.00 - $223,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on May 2, 2025 or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
