Your Mission:
AfterShip is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and execute our global partnership initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing, cultivating, and scaling strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and innovation for AfterShip.
This role isn't just about strategy - you'll roll up your sleeves and get into the action when needed, acting as a hands-on operator as much as a strategic leader. Whether it's negotiating a new integration, jumping on calls with potential partners, or crafting a go-to-market plan, you're just as comfortable executing as you are leading.
You'll report directly to the VP of Revenue and lead AfterShip's Global Partnerships team, spanning APAC and North America. You'll work cross-functionally to align on strategic priorities, foster strong collaboration across teams and time zones, and represent AfterShip at key industry events (up to 30% travel annually, fully expensed).

What You'll Do:
- Design and lead AfterShip's global strategic partnerships strategy to support revenue, product adoption, and market expansion.
- Personally own and close high-value deals with tech platforms, solution providers, agencies, and systems integrators.
- Define scalable programs (tech/agency/integration) including partner onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing.
- Lead and mentor a distributed partnerships team across APAC and North America.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align partnership efforts with business objectives.
- Set and manage KPIs to track partnership success and ROI, including sourced revenue, product integration usage, and co-marketing results.
- Represent AfterShip externally at conferences, summits, and partner events as a senior spokesperson and ecosystem champion.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have a minimum of 7 years experience in partnership management or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- You have a deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and logistics.
- You're a builder and a doer-comfortable creating strategy and diving into the day-to-day work.
- You have excellent commercial instincts, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to turn relationships into revenue.
- You can influence cross-functionally and work effectively across time zones and teams.
- You're data-driven and outcome-focused, with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across different time zones is a plus.
