Hybrid - Los Angeles Downtown - 3 days at office(Tuesday/Wed/Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday - Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM efficiency and user adoption. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce to support organizational goals.

  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
  • Data/File migration experience required
  • At least 6-8 years of proven Salesforce administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Force.com platform features and limitations, experience with APIs and integration with external systems
  • Analytical background with experience in building and maintain SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to enhance and improve functionality and automation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce security models.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or Salesforce APIs) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components is a bonus but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations or implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms or related technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
