Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts for commercial roofing projects across designated territories
• Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine client needs
• Prepare and present detailed roofing proposals to commercial property owners
• Oversee job execution to ensure customer satisfaction and quality installation
• Build and nurture client relationships, earning referrals, generating leads, networking, and creating repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on industry materials, codes, and best practices
• Represent Elison Roofing professionally at industry and community events
• Collaborate with internal project and office teams to deliver seamless service
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer communications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or operations
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 capacity
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Bi-lingual is plus!
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus
• Ability to generate and close sales leads with consistency year round
• Familiarity with residential roofing is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (can transport ladders)
