We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Technical Architect within our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy and direction of our Salesforce-based products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Sales team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will guide the architecture, design, and development processes to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of our Salesforce applications.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect within our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy and direction of our Salesforce-based products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Sales team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will guide the architecture, design, and development processes to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of our Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions for our product offerings.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical specifications.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including customization, integration, and data migration strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on application development, coding standards, best practices, and implementation approaches.
- Define the DevOps style and pipelines for the development team.
- Conduct technical assessments of existing software/code and suggest best next steps for scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, releases, and features, and apply them to our solutions where relevant.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with the established architecture and design principles.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Architect certifications.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Principle Engineer or Salesforce Architect, preferably within Salesforce or at an ISV/OEM Partner environment.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation.
