SBM Management is looking for a dynamic Senior Workday Analyst!

The Senior Workday Analyst, Subject Matter Expert (SME), will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This role requires deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance payroll operations, ensure compliance, and streamline time and absence management. The Sr Workday Analyst will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PATT modules.
    • Design, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet business needs while ensuring best practices.
    • Support end-to-end implementation, including knowledge transfer and post-go-live stabilization.
    • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Data Management & Integrations:
    • Collaborate with data teams to migrate legacy payroll, time, and absence data into Workday.
    • Develop and maintain EIBs, advanced reports (Composite, Matrix), and dashboards.
    • Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Adoption:
    • Serve as the go-to expert for Workday PATT functionality, advising on best practices and optimizations.
    • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management support.
    • Monitor Workday releases, assess impacts, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Education and/or Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HRIS, Payroll, or related field.
    • 8+ years of combined experience in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.
    • Proven expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, including: Experience in Workday Phase X implementations (requirements gathering, prototyping, testing).
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Knowledge of Workday security, business process configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Payroll processing lifecycle (pay inputs, calculations, retro processing, settlement).
    • Compliance, time-tracking rules, and absence accrual methodologies.
    • Strong Workday reporting skills (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and basic integration knowledge.

Compensation: $150,000 Per Year
