As part of Noura's original vision to empower women to invest in themselves, the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and non-binary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. Mejuri continues to reach new customers through exciting community initiatives and expansion into international markets, such as the UK, Australia and Germany.

We are a team of retailers, creatives, technologists and strategists, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.

We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and highly creative Senior Copywriter to join our in-house brand creative team. Reporting into the Associate Creative Director, this is a key role for a storyteller who understands how to craft compelling narratives that connect with audiences across a range of touchpoints from digital campaigns and social content to product messaging and branded experiences.

What you'll do
  • Craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across multiple platforms for brand campaigns: digital ads, landing pages, email, social, video scripts, brand campaigns, retail signage, and more
  • Lead copy and creative development on key campaigns and initiatives, from kickoff to execution
  • Help evolve and maintain our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Translate ideas into engaging, human, and memorable messaging
  • Present work confidently to stakeholders and explain the strategic thinking behind your words
  • Leverage cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and industry best practices to keep our brand fresh and interesting to our audience

What you'll bring to the team
  • A deep understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience-driven messaging

  • A portfolio that showcases a range of work, from big brand campaigns to digital performance content with strong conceptual thinking and clean execution
  • Expertise in creating concepting and pitching copy ideas and delivering content in a fast pace omnichannel environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated experience working with designers, marketers, and product teams
  • Ability to manage complexity and high impact projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail in grammar, syntax, and tone
  • Experience with UX writing, SEO, or naming is a plus
  • A passion for brand building

At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another. Corporate employees are in office 3 days a week. Our NY office is located at 205 Hudson Street NY

Salary:Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$120,000. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including your experience, skills, and overall alignment to the role. We're committed to fair and equitable pay practices across our team.
