Job Duties:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy care with an emphasis on functional outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with referring physicians, patients, and fellow clinicians to ensure optimal patient progress
- Utilize advanced techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to our clinic's mission of clinical excellence
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Virginia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, and active patient engagement
- Board certification in Orthopedics (OCS) is a plus, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply - mentorship programs are available!
