Your Impact
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Front-Line Manager to lead and inspire our manufacturing operations team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee shift supervisors, leads, machine operators, and support staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe plant operations. You'll play a key role in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution-driving productivity, improving processes, and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset. You'll be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing staffing, and enhancing training programs. You'll also contribute to capital planning, budgeting, and margin improvement initiatives that directly impact the plant's success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to meet or exceed safety, quality, production, service, and cost goals, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and recognition.
  • Promote a "Safety First" culture, ensuring compliance with all EH&S regulations through regular training, evaluation, and proactive leadership.
  • Drive daily production performance, monitoring results against targets and making real-time adjustments to meet customer demands and operational goals.
  • Plan, staff, and assign work based on daily production schedules, asset utilization, and shifting priorities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, EH&S, and Scheduling to ensure resources are aligned for maximum output.
  • Lead hands-on problem solving, troubleshooting equipment, quality, or productivity issues, and implementing sustainable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent, developing best-in-class training programs while upholding company values and policies.


What It Takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and modern production methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and optimize workflows across the plant
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to train and develop others
  • Solid business acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, critical thinking, and organizational development
