Overview
The Implementation Manager will lead and develop multiple teams of business support professionals at a variety of client sites, taking complete control of new account design and installation and establishing streamlined standard operating procedures. You'll also take ownership of client communication and relationships + help us to follow through on our commitments to excellent service for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.
Candidates will enjoy variety in their work and leading others to succeed. Top candidates have at least 5 years' experience managing and/or implementing accounts in facilities management and office services operations for law firms, colleges, facilities management companies and/or corporate accounts. Hands on experience with physical implementation of equipment, including mail and copy machines.
Schedule and Location
The Implementation Manager role is a full time, salaried position, generally operating Monday - Friday during regular business hours. The Implementation Manager must be flexible for coverage on-site as needed, as well as for networking and entertainment functions with employees and clients' off-site - including occasional evenings and weekends during implementations.
This is a hybrid position with consistent travel; up to 75% domestic air travel throughout the year - 25% remote at home. Top candidates live in DC, NYC, LA.
Compensation and Benefits
While the compensation for this position is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications, the approximate salary for this position will be $75,000-$100,000 USD per year + Bonus + Benefits. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
- Travel to newly acquired client sites to design and execute IST scope of services
- Plan and lead set up of workspace and workflow; establish best practices for workflow
- Install and implement IST's proprietary software and technology systems prior to go-live; confidently set up field team for success upon completion of implementation period and up to four weeks after go live date
- Provide detailed, meticulous progress reports daily and proactive 30 Day evaluation reports per assignment
- Maintain relationships with clients and end users; lead weekly meetings with client contacts to review progress and identify any potential issues
- Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients, employees and the operations team
- Ensure on-time delivery of services and quality of work
- Work with remote corporate recruiting team to manage the recruiting process on site; coordinate with client to pin point site-specific staffing needs
- Work with remote corporate IT team to resolve necessary issues
- Manage, train and coach employees; develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment

- Computer savvy and digital literacy - including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees; must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities
- Must have attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems
- A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation, including to sites not along public transportation routes; ability to frequently travel by air
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds; standing for long periods of time; significant walking
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required.
