Role description:
The Asset Product Training Manager plays a vital role in curating a learning experience that streamlines time to competence, understanding and effective adoption of the Arcadis Asset Management Products software for our clients, partners and our own people. This multifaceted role embodies a blend of technical expertise with instructional design, focusing on delivering high-quality training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of the Asset Management Products, while also nurturing the skills and proficiency of our own people and partners. Positioned at the intersection between technology and user proficiency, you will excel in crafting training materials tailored to user needs, ensuring a seamless transition from software adoption to proficient utilization. Your expertise bridges the gap between software functionalities, business context and user capabilities, ensuring all stakeholders derive maximum value from our Asset Management Products.
In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and execution of holistic training programs, catering to diverse learning needs and skill levels. Your responsibilities extend from designing interactive training modules and crafting our training content, to conducting immersive training sessions that empowers users to effectively leverage our key products, including EDA and EAM. By leveraging your technical acumen and instructional design skills, you will play a pivotal role in empowering users to unlock the power of our products and solutions, and realize its full potential for data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

The Asset Product Training Manager will oversee the creation of tailored training materials, ranging from user-centric documentation to engaging tutorials and interactive resources. Your role will involve developing training programs, with business context, to align with client, partner and internal staff requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of software features and functionalities.
Moreover, your expertise will shine as you deliver and support our people in delivering hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to empower users to utilize our products and solutions effectively. Crafting training content that resonates with diverse learners, providing ongoing support to address user queries and challenges, and evaluating training efficacy through performance metrics will be central to your responsibilities.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,944 - $145,581. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in developing and delivering software training programs tailored to diverse audience needs, including conducting structed training needs analysis and learner-journey development
- Experienced in Asset Investment Planning and/or the Asset Management industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in conducting cloud-based software training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency.
- Familiarity with analytics solutions and tools within an asset management context, with the ability to translate technical functionalities into user-friendly training content.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with clients, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation methodologies.
- Desirable certifications in instructional design or training facilitation.
