Job Title: IT Manager

Reports To: CFO

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our growing business's technology strategy and operations. This is a hands-on role for an individual responsible for all aspects of IT in a mid-sized company. The ideal candidate for this pivotal role will manage infrastructure, support users, maintain cybersecurity, implement new systems, and ensure IT operations run smoothly without a dedicated team. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, with a focus on aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and day-to-day troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations Management: Lead day-to-day operations of internal IT systems, including network administration, security protocols, and business software management to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving technical challenges for end-users promptly.
  • Help Desk Oversight: Oversee inventory management for IT hardware and lead technology onboarding for new employees, ensuring systems are set up efficiently.
  • Software & Hardware Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and management of IT assets. Partner with leadership and third-party vendors to implement and optimize an ERP system across the organization.
  • Strategic IT Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with overall business goals, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze company workflows and propose innovative IT solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure the integrity of systems and data, enforcing cybersecurity best practices and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data, ensuring privacy and compliance with company policies.


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven focus on delivering outstanding technical support and overseeing end-user support.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and completing IT projects.
  • Experience with ERP implementations and software deployment.
  • Familiarity with residential service-based industries is a plus.
