Corpus Christi Rehabilitation Hospital Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 6 years and has earned The Joint Commission's Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification. At our 35-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Corpus Christi and the Coastal Blend area. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Position profile:

As Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, monthly orientation, full cycle leave adminstration and workers compensation claims.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in HR Management role required.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

The Director of Human Resources is the primary individual responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the hospital. Uses his or her expertise and training in Human Resources functions to put in place and manage the implementation of all necessary Human Resources policies and protocols necessary for successful operation of the hospital. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
