What You'll Get to DoAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Regional Leadership to set sales targets for the Sales team and ensure the sales targets are achievable and align with company strategy. This role will develop and implement sales strategies under the direction of the Regional Sales VP or Director that align with the company's goals and objectives across both business units - Glass and Metal. You will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and goals.

This role will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with customers, our sales team and internal partners. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth. Analyze market trends in collaboration with Sales Ops team to inform resource deployment.
  • Targets: Collaborate with sales ops and finance to set sales targets for the team and ensure they are achievable and align with company strategy.
  • Management & Training: Communicate, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets and goals. Provide training for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge. Ensure cross Glass and Metal team collaboration.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance on a continual basis and take corrective action if necessary. Report on performance to senior leadership. Ensures team is tracking customer interactions, activities, managing sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
  • Relationships: Fosters relationships with customers, sales team, and internal partners.
  • Employ all available resources to deliver unparalleled customer experience.
  • Sales: Engage in sales motion on challenging or critical customers as necessary to drive growth.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience in building materials, construction, architectural aluminum, or glass sales
  • Strong leadership skills to build, lead, and develop a team of dedicated sales professionals
  • Passion for training and enabling team members to successfully exceed their goals
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred
  • Results oriented, ensuring we deliver on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an unparalleled customer experience
  • 50-60% travel required. Air travel may be required.
