Directs the strategy, execution, and delivery of the Revenue Management Learning program. Plans learning programs and projects in alignment with Orlando Health Leadership's strategic priorities and vision. Integrates education principles, evidence-based practice and technology using appropriate adultlearning theoriesto support a culture oflearning, patient safety, and quality. Establishes andmaintains interlocks with Revenue Management Leadership, Executive Steering Committee, and Orlando Health operations. Communicates training strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
Five (5) years of Revenue Management experience.
Five (5) years of leadership experience required.
Five (5) years of experience in adult learning education required.
Three (3) year healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities
- Leads strategic planning to anticipate current and future demandsfor Revenue Management education and performance improvement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of post-merger Revenue Management education at newly acquired sites. Integrate ongoing Revenue education for new sites into corporate new hire orientation.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify, develop, and implement educational programs to enhance the overall Revenue Management competence of Orlando Health team members.
- Coordinates with Revenue Management Analytics to drive education plans to improve revenue performance.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, academic institutions, and third-party vendors to meet program objectives.
- Collaborate with hospitalsite leadership to develop and implement education programs.
- Develops, plans, and evaluates processesfor department corporate orientation and onboarding related to Revenue Management processes.
- Evaluates and coordinates a variety of educational products and services within Orlando Health.
- Leadsthe development of educational strategiesthatsupportthe mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Establishes and implements department policies/procedures and guidelines.
- Designs and implementing new workflows by conducting risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and return-on investment (ROI) projections.
- Directs the evaluation of compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards promulgated by state and federal agencies and other regulatory entities as it relates to Revenue Management operations (501r; Financial Assistance Policies; Patient Bill of Rights; EMTALA; OIG requirements; Joint Commission Standards for patient registration and admission; HIPAA compliance)
- Develops and manages department budget.
- Promotes a satisfied, healthy work environment for the workforce by establishing a climate of growth, challenge, and development of team members.
- Integrates education technology using appropriate adult learning theories and project management principles.
- Evaluates department performance and uses change management principles as needed to implement process and quality improvement.
- Promotes best practicesin the administration and management of all Revenue Management educational content including the selection of content management tools and technologies.
- Models effective critical thinking skills.
- Manages various human resources functions including hiring, work assignments, coaching plans, and performance counseling.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
