Be part of a collaborative and innovative team driving organizational success. Overview of the Director of Human Resources role:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
Lead all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure alignment with industry standards and legal regulations.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development.
Foster a positive company culture by driving engagement initiatives and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience driving change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Salary: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on experience
