The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance, you will partner closely with DraftKings' Business Development, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to evaluate and execute high-impact strategic partnerships with sports leagues, media companies, and market access partners. This team is responsible for supporting capital allocation decisions by evaluating prospective deals and providing performance insights on existing partnerships. You will build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate new opportunities and develop recommendations for DraftKings' Executive Leadership team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 154,600.00 USD - 193,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance
- Lead all aspects of commercial and financial diligence for strategic partnerships, including deal evaluation, execution, and post-close performance optimization.
- Provide quantitative analysis and strategic insights to support Business Development initiatives across Teams & Leagues, Media, Talent & Influencer, Market Access, and Data Supplier partnerships.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks to inform deal structuring, revenue-sharing agreements, and broader capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Analytics, Business Development, and Operations to ensure recommendations are grounded in business performance and KPIs.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to senior leaders across Business Development, Growth Marketing, and DraftKings' Executive Leadership team.
What you'll bring
- At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a similar discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and business case development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting high-impact capital allocation decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with sports, media, entertainment, gaming, or technology sectors preferred.
