Within our Corporate Finance team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A for our Nutrition Global Business to help shape the future of financial planning and insights for our growing Nutrition business! At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $152,000 and $190,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.

- Support the Nutrition team by preparing financial models, forecasts, and performance reports that guide business decisions.
- Lead the budget planning cycle, helping departments align around volume, pricing, and margin targets.
- Present financial results to non-finance leaders in clear, engaging ways that help them act with confidence.
- Analyze customer agreements and sales trends to identify opportunities and reduce financial risk.
- Coach and grow a small team of finance professionals by encouraging collaboration and ongoing development.
- Build planning tools and reports that streamline recurring tasks and make information more accessible.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasts and shared goals.
- Contribute to key projects that explore new business opportunities or assess profitability by customer or product line.
- Bring consistency and clarity to reporting by maintaining and improving financial templates and tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy work.
- Use Excel, SAP, and Microsoft BI to support analysis and visualize financial performance.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 10+ years of finance or accounting experience with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, or FP&A
- 5+ years in a leadership or financial planning role
- The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

- MBA or other advanced degree in Finance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (any product type)
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft BI
