We're hiring an Implementation Specialist - Photo & Video Technology to drive our product forward by owning the scoping, implementation / deployment, and ongoing support for our enterprise customers. This can include custom docker containers, API configurations, GPU conversions / mapping, and other ongoing support as needed. Our customers include major film studios, VFX, post production agencies, creative agencies, generative AI startups, big tech, industrial printing, and any other enterprise that process or produces lots of images or video.

About you
- 3+ years of experience in video production / technology
- A deep understanding of video technology (codecs, formats, colorspaces, etc)
- You're a photographer / videographer
- You are obsessive and work harder than anyone else you know
Preferred
- You've started or worked at a startup or high-growth company
- You have experience with cloud-native technology
