You are:
A data expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of migrating data from ECC to S4 HANA. You're in your element using your know-how to solve clients' most complex data problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of data. And you're up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data profiling analysts and data functional analysts focused on improving data quality in an SAP ECC environment
Set clear objectives, prioritize tasks and provide technical expertise when needed.
Regularly update leadership on project status, including risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Support scoping and estimation discussions for follow-on engagements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data governance experts to understand data requirements, prioritize initiatives, and address data quality issues. Provide support in identifying the proper business resources to make data profiling workshops productive, ensuring active participation and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate or provide assistance in data profiling workshops alongside relevant business units to gain insights into existing data quality issues, identify root causes, discuss remediation strategies, and assess their impact on business processes.
Oversee the analysis and validation of SAP data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues. Utilize advanced profiling tools and techniques to assess data accuracy, completeness, and relevance across various SAP modules and business processes.
Demonstrate strong planning skills to effectively prioritize and schedule the profiling of multiple data objects within SAP systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data priorities and business requirements, ensuring that data profiling efforts align with organizational goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timelines to efficiently manage data profiling initiatives from inception to completion.
Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go

Here's what you need:
Must be in possession of Secret level security clearance from the Government of Canada
2+ years of relevant experience leading complex data transformation initiatives including technical delivery teams
5+ years of experience in data profiling, data migration, and master data management initiatives.
SAP experience strongly preferred.
Experience with one of the following tools preferred: SAP Information Steward, Syniti data profiling, SAP Data Services.
SAP certification (e.g. Certified Associate - Data Engineer, Data Analyst, etc) is an asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You're an ace at managing and delivering projects.
You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment.
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
