Job Summary

ICF is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing surveys within the Pega Platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create survey workflows, and ensure smooth integration of surveys with the broader business processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in Pega BPM (Business Process Management), survey design, and application development.

Location
Remote, candidate must reside in the U.S. and work must be performed in the U.S.

Position Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom surveys within the Pega Platform based on business requirements.
Implement survey features using Pega's BPM tools, ensuring alignment with business processes and customer journeys.
Ensure surveys are designed to capture relevant data for analysis and decision-making, including logic for question branching, responses, and workflows.
Customize survey components to meet the specific needs of the business, including form controls, user interface enhancements, and personalized survey logic.
Work with data and analytics teams to ensure survey data is properly analyzed and presented in dashboards or reports.
Develop custom reports and integrate them into Pega for tracking key survey metrics such as customer satisfaction, feedback trends, and performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to enhance survey workflows, improve user experience, and integrate with new technologies or business needs.
Conduct thorough testing of survey applications, ensuring data integrity, user experience, and functionality are aligned with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to survey deployment, functionality, or data integration.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
US Citizenship or Green Card required.
Must reside in the United States
Currently possess or have ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
3 years of recent hands-on experience with Pega, specifically working with Pega BPM (Business Process Management) and survey-related applications.
3 years of IT Experience
3 years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
1 year of experience in tools and technologies, such as JIRA/Confluence, Github, and Bamboo/Jenkins.

Desired Skills:
Pega Certification in Pega BPM or Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Experience with Pega integration tools for data collection and reporting, including Pega Reporting, Pega Data Flow, and connectors for integrating external systems.
Solid understanding of data storage and management in Pega, including working with case types, properties, and integration with external databases.
Experience with Pega Survey Components: Creating surveys, managing survey flow, dynamic question routing, and integrating surveys into workflows.

Professional Skills:
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$88,817.00 - $150,989.00
