About Night

Night is a next-gen talent management platform for the world's best digital artists. We help the most influential creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok reach their full potential-as entertainers, entrepreneurs, and brand builders. From strategic partnerships to building businesses, we support creators in growing sustainable, long-term careers doing what they love.
About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Director of Public Relations to lead Night's external communications across corporate, portfolio, and talent verticals. This is a high-visibility, senior-level role where storytelling and strategic press execution are central to the mission.
You'll be the driving force behind how the world hears about Night-whether it's a major creator signing, a new company launch, or a viral moment driven by one of our clients.
Experience in the digital creator economy is essential. You understand the nuances of internet culture, have an eye for platform trends, and know how to tailor comms strategies for creators and the audiences that follow them. You've worked with (or closely around) talent, and you know which reporters are paying attention to this space.
This role is based in our Santa Monica office. We work in-person Monday through Thursday, with flexible Fridays.
What You'll Do
  • Own and execute corporate communications and PR for Night: announce new talent signings, executive moves, strategic partnerships, and company milestones
  • Manage select client publicity and crisis PR efforts
  • Work closely with leaders from our venture studio's portfolio companies
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier media journalists, especially those covering the creator economy, tech, consumer brands, and entertainment

What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years of experience in public relations, with a strong background in entertainment and digital media
  • Deep familiarity with the creator economy-you understand the platforms, the players, and the pace
  • A sharp eye for newsworthiness and experience shaping compelling narratives
  • Existing relationships with journalists across business, tech, and digital culture beats
  • Ability to juggle long-lead strategic planning with fast-turn reactive opportunities

Bonus Points
  • Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, or digital-first brands
  • Background in both agency and in-house PR environments
  • Understanding of social trends, meme culture, and what drives audience buzz
