Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Intranet (AFINC) Weapon System programs to include Next Generation Gateway and Zero Trust efforts, which are within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.
The HNI Division focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases.
WORK LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA
JOB STATUS: Full time; salaried
SECURITY CLEARANCE: An active US security clearance is required
CITIZENSHIP: MUST be a a US citizen

RESPONSBILITIES:
- Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions.
- Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.
- Possesses pertinent experience with an ACAT level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community.
- Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews.
- Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews.
- Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews
- Have experience initiating and managing high visibility programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be within the DoD.
- Experience with DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices, as defined in DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized in order to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
- Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
