Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville . In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.
This is a great opportunity for a RN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community.
Starting pay for this position is $40 an hour
Shifts available: Day Shift- 7am to 7pm
This position comes with the following scheduled days on an every 2 week schedule.
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Requirements
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
