THE WORK:
    • You'll lead development, execution, and management of Task Orders (TOs) and amendments under the MATOC program.
    • You'll track and prioritize TO milestone dates to align with program objectives and reduce risk.
    • You'll ensure all TOs comply with regulatory, legal, and procurement standards.
    • You'll maintain and update contract templates and procurement workflows for consistency and efficiency.
    • You'll provide strategic guidance on TO-related issues, identifying risks and solutions.
    • You'll develop and implement best practices for lifecycle management of TOs to streamline processes.
    • You'll serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders including PMs, Delivery Executives, City Attorneys, and Compliance teams.
    • You'll coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure contract alignment with scope, schedule, and financial systems.
    • You'll manage and report TO and contract data to internal teams (EIT, Auditors, Board Office), ensuring transparency.
    • You'll oversee high-volume TOS workload, ensuring compliance with MATOC terms and public procurement laws.
    • You'll lead end-to-end solicitation activities including RFIs, evaluations, awards, and amendments.
    • You'll conduct compliance audits to identify contract risks and recommend corrective actions.
    • You'll create SOPs and lead training programs on MATOC procedures, contract administration, and risk management.
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • At least 15 years of progressive experience in Public Sector contract management, procurement, audits and compliance for large-scale construction, professional services and infrastructure projects
    • Familiarity with industry-standard contract management tools and systems.
    • Extensive expertise in Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and CMAR MATOC contract structures, including task orders, amendments, and dispute resolution
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage high-value contracts in a complex, high-pressure environment
    • Deep knowledge of MATOC terms, City Charter, public contracts, and procurement codes to ensure full regulatory compliance
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tiered stakeholder environment, managing competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies, legal teams, financial departments, and risk management professionals
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining templates, work streams, and procurement documentation
    • Experience in developing and leading training programs on contract management and compliance
    • Ability to analyze contract risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
    • Professional certifications in contract management or procurement (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or equivalent) preferred.


$179,636 - $197,600 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
