The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will serve as a key strategic and operational liaison between Admiral Security Services' division offices, and the corporate HR team. This in-office position based in Bethesda, Maryland, will support the Executive Vice President in coordinating and aligning HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and best practices, and driving efficient and compliant HR operations across the company. This role requires periodic travel to division offices throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Executive Vice President, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for HR functions between Admiral's division offices and the parent company's HR leadership.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all divisions.
- Partner with division HR representatives to support employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support executive-level decision-making.
- Lead or support HR-related projects and change initiatives as needed across the organization.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with Admiral's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or multi-site coordination role.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of HR professionals
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce; prior experience in the security or contract services industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (approximately 25%).
