Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of short- and long-term projects, including sales proposals and company-wide innovations/improvements. They will ensure project goals are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The project manager will also manage project risks and issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for company-wide innovations.
  • Manage sales proposal response from receipt of request through to delivery of final proposal; following proposals, manage pre-sales process through contract execution.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, milestone achievements, and potential risks or issues
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines
  • Coordinate with team leadership to resource allocation, and ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Conduct post-mortems to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Asana
