Position Summary
Our California offices are seeking experienced attorneys-at the Associate, Of Counsel, or Shareholder level-with a background in Workplace Safety to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for those with Cal-OSHA experience to play a key role in litigation matters, with substantial client interaction and engagement with opposing counsel. We also offer meaningful opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking for those interested in further building their professional presence.
We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in the manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance.

Benefits
In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $195,000 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess +2 years of Workplace Safety experience either at a firm or government agency.
- Cal-OSHA experience preferred; industry-specific experience in construction, oil & gas, refinery, agriculture, etc. will also be considered.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; passion for client service and practice development.
