Overview:

The Priceless Platform team operates with a start-up mentality within the broader Consumer Marketing team and Mastercard. The goal of this team is to build out the Priceless Platform technology to be the hub for all consumer-facing content across Mastercard for B2C (www.priceless.com), and a revenue-driving product solution for B2B2C (for Mastercard B2B customers who can leverage the Priceless Platform technology and content via API or co-branded microsite to engage their customers).

The Priceless Platform team is looking for a Senior Product Designer for Priceless.com. This role will provide UX/UI design for various touchpoints, as well support in the generation of materials that communicate the Priceless web strategy.

About the role:
Delivers polished, high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes that balance brand, user needs, and business objectives
Owns, evolves, and helps to champion an evolving Priceless UI design system-building scalable, reusable components, maintaining design documentation, ensuring accessibility standards, and partnering with product and engineering to ensure consistent implementation across the platform
Champions and mobilizes best UX practices to optimize site performance and usability
Partners and collaborates cross-functionally to understand stakeholder and customer needs, and to provide design guidance
Provides design support to generate materials used to communicate the Priceless Platform strategy and vision

About you:
A keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout, and have an impeccable eye/aesthetic sensibility
5-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing work
Expert in UX best practices, responsive web design, and accessibility
Strong systems-thinking mindset - balancing detail with the big picture
Ever-curious, critical thinker and creative problem solver with a proactive mindset
Always up for a new challenge - primed and ready for feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement
Stays on top of global UX/UI design trends and best practices, and is always generating fresh ideas to evolve the experience
Expert in Figma with deep proficiency in designing smart, responsive components and variables, managing/maintaining design systems and clear design documentation for communication and handoff to developers
Well-organized with strong time management skills - ability to handle numerous tasks with tight deadlines in an Agile environment
Strong communicator, both verbally and digitally, and is comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Local to Atlanta, Georgia, but thrives in a hybrid environment. You are energized to be a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team that has startup energy while existing inside a large, global brand
BFA degree or equivalent from a credited art school, program, or institution
Willing to travel (10% of the time)

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges
Atlanta, Georgia: $85,000 - $136,000 USD
