KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include some or all of the following:
  • Maintenance of the firms FX and rate hedging exposure analysis, including the recommendation of spot and forward hedging actions in order to stay within defined FX thresholds.
  • Coordinate with internal settlements and operations teams on settlement timing and cash needs across the fund complex.
  • Setup of trading actions in the system to prepare for trading.
  • Ongoing reporting on FX hedging performance across the fund complex.
  • Work with banking relationships on documentation to setup trading lines and bank accounts.
  • Complete time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise
  • Coordinate with internal and external technology stakeholders on existing technology applications and for the development of new applications to support the business.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve day to day functionality of the treasury team
  • Preparation of daily public equity hedging analysis and coordination of FX and cash movements to maintain compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Flexibility, ability to multi-task, and complete timely assignments in a thorough manner
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
  • Experience with FX products, collateral, and financial analysis within a fund environment
  • Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
  • Developed Excel skills
  • Experience with legal documentation (ISDAs, credit agreements, Prime Brokerage agreements)


DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
  • Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
