Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Nutrition Team is responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of loved brands in the juice category - ensuring that each brand connects deeply with consumers, to ultimately translate brand love to purchase.

As a Director on the Nutrition Creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision for our iconic brands (Simply, Minute Maid, Honest Kids, Hi-C). You will guide creative strategy and execution, manage agency relationships, and ensure high-quality and impactful creative work. Your responsibilities will include achieving brand goals, driving business growth, and gaining industry recognition.

Integrating consumer research and data into the creative process will be crucial. You will develop and implement plans to measure and improve campaigns. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the brand team, cross-functional teams across North America, and agencies to promote a culture of collective thinking and innovation.

Innovation and experimentation are at the heart of this role. Your goal will be to revolutionize our marketing through innovative partnerships, collaborations, and groundbreaking ideas. We seek a creative strategist who excels in dynamic environments and is passionate about transforming marketing strategies and driving innovation.

Qualifications & requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required
  • Related Work Experience: 7+ years professional experience working with creative (primarily) and marketing strategy.
  • Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies and companies; a track record of inspiring big (ideally award-winning) creative thinking/work.
  • Passionate about, and connected to, North American entertainment, content, and culture.
  • Proven ability to work in a network and collaborate across disciplines & markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team member; able to inspire and influence others
  • Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills


BROAD EXPERTISE IN (GOOD TO HAVE)
  • Brand management/ marketing concepts
  • CPG Experience

Skills:

Pay Range:
$160,000 - $186,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
