Responsibilities/Duties:
Training Program Development and Management
Learning Content Creation and LMS Support
Performance Review Management and Career Development

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience considered.
Two plus years of professional work experience in Human Resources/business administration, Organizational/Talent development, or similar
Valid driver's license and SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPLP certification preferred
Ability to work confidently and collaboratively as part of a team
Possess an understanding of instructional design and facilitation
Possess a passion for employee and organizational development and engagement
Ability to determine learning needs by assessment
Superior attention to detail
Skilled in applying sound judgement and decision-making
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
Knowledge of performance management techniques
Ability to provide individual contributor leadership in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality with access to HR data

Salary Range: $60,800- 102,100 (based on home branch location) plus incentive opportunities
