We're looking for a Product Owner to:
manage billing components of end-to-end Advisory platform covering both strategic and steady state support and ensure alignment and compatibility with a multi-year platform strategy/roadmap
engage on functional design of new advisory platforms/programs, and enhancements to existing programs
learn new complex concepts quickly to develop detailed knowledge in one or more Advisory platforms
drive quality deliverables and manage to aggressive timelines, managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects
collaborate with leads across Advisory Program management, Digital, Operations and Technology counterparts, building strong relationships across the firm
provide Advisory specific test scenarios and test cases for User Acceptance, System and Platform Integration Testing for billing systems and support in test planning, coordination and execution
proactively identify value-added solutions and then develop and implement change initiatives which move the business forward
Your team
The Field & Operational Platforms stream is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. You'll be joining the Advisory Investment Programs team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
Your expertise
a bachelor's degree or equivalent
ideally 5-10 years of product and platform management experience showing progression/promotion with an understanding of workplace business, corporate and retail clients need
strong understanding of the Wealth Management industry and Advisory products and services. This should include: Advisory solutions, including firm, advisor and client discretionary products, End to end Advisory lifecycle including prospecting, proposals, enrollment and maintenance, portfolio construction and portfolio management, and experience related to Wealth management fee billing systems
detail oriented with strong systems thinking aptitude with the ability to understand and propose new fee billing solutions
ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology including requirements and use case documentation, story writing and the SDLC
experience in using agile tooling such as Jira or Gitlab
outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings
exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
