We're seeking an experienced leader with Commercial Real Estate experience to join our team.
What you'll bring to the organization:
Five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration or related field, including project management/management experience
Strong confident communicator (with senior leadership and executives)
Highly skilled in persuasion, negotiation, leadership, calibration, problem-solving
Locations:
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Schedule: Monday - Friday, first shift.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Thorough knowledge of all operational systems/procedures and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) products and various other products and/or services supported by the CRE Administrators and other CRE staff
- Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Thorough knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of real estate lending including letters of credit, borrower based lending, multi-phased construction and multiple collateral properties
- Well-developed technical expertise in closing and administration functions

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00

- Participate with leadership in Management Response to audits, including overseeing the completion and execution of new processes or procedures that are a result of audit recommendations.
- Provides direction and leadership for a team of Loan Administration Managers, and their respective Teams, whose responsibilities include reviewing and/or negotiating Commercial Real Estate (CRE) construction, REIT and term loan documents, perfecting the bank's interest, and providing administrative management of loan portfolios from the time the loans are approved until pay-off or maturity. The members of the team/group work on a variety of other complex specialized lending products including: non-recourse loans, unsecured borrowing base lines of credit, syndicated transactions and subscription lines. Directly and through staff, strategically manages and coordinates the CRE Loan Administration lending and portfolio management activities for assigned area/region, by successfully closing new business relationships and retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The Loan Administration Team is integral to the Deal Team for every relationship, together with Relationship Managers and Underwriting staff. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of ensuring prudent risk management from the time of term sheet execution through loan closing, due diligence review, while collaborating with other Deal Team members, and negotiating with outside counsel. Provides quality service to customers with effective partnership with internal operations which supports all assigned internal and external customers.
