Job Purpose:
Our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to provide actionable recommendations, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and support senior leadership in achieving our financial objectives. We are seeking an innovative and driven manager to join our forward-thinking, collaborative, and fast-paced team.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders on existing business, as well as future business opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams in order to drive strategic decisions that accelerate growth and profitability.
Incorporate macro-economic drivers and impact of internal strategic initiatives into budget and forecast projections.
Responsible for building and supporting reporting tools used by finance and business leaders to drive action and support initiatives.
Integrate financial and operational metrics from various reporting systems to analyze and report on results.
Responsible for monitoring the monthly close activities and understanding unusual entries and/or accruals.
Manage various projects of a financial nature at a local, regional, or national level.

5-10 years of related job experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long time frames.
Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
Strong planning and organization skills are required.
Education:
Master's Degree Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - CFA Institute
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - Institute of Management Accountants
