Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development and delivery team in creating innovative SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of SAP BTP solutions.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services, including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to manage scope, risks, and ensure project success.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance, mentorship, and solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and innovation in software development and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and execution of SAP activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP services, features, cloud technologies, and industry trends. Continuously assess and recommend new tools and practices to drive business innovation through SAP BTP.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in information technology solutions.
- Minimum of 6+ years in administration and management of SAP applications, particularly SAP S/4 RISE systems, SAP BW/4HANA, and integration of various Cloud/On-Premises and Third-Party Systems.
- Atleast 3-4 years of hands-on experience in administration of SAP Business Technology Platform with various BTP environments - Neo, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, ABAP
- Knowledge of multiple SAP BTP services like Integration Suite, Work Zone, Task Center, Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, SAP HANA Cloud, Cloud ALM, Cloud TMS, XSUAA, Cloud Identity Services, SAP Analytics Cloud, DataSphere, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad etc.
- Experience of building applications using Cloud Application programming model, ABAP Restful Application programming model and programming language like NodeJS, Java, ABAP, Python, SAPUI5
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing workstreams to ensure project success.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAP GRC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BI - BOBJ, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc.
- BTP Configuration and Support
- BTP - SAP Role Matrix Design and Management
- Cloud Connector Administration
- HANA Connectivity, Administration, and Security
- SAP Cloud ALM (Good to have)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Proficiency with both Web UI and CF/BTP CLI tools.
- Familiarity with BTP security and trust setup with IAS.
- Skills with Cloud Connector are advantageous.
