Staff Analyst I (TA) : $71,255- $84,357 (New hire rate: $61,958)

Staff Analyst II (TA) : $82,736- $92,147 (New hire rate: $71,946)

Associate Staff Analyst (TA) : $93,528- $121,095 (New hire rate: $81,328)

Staff Analyst I ( OA ) : $68,962 - $81,642 (New hire rate: $68,962)

Staff Analyst II ( O A) : $80,071 - $89,179 (New hire rate: $80,071)

Associate Staff Analyst ( O A) : $ 90,511- $117,195 (New hire rate: $90,511)

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible for providing a variety of support functions to the Department of Subways, Electronics Maintenance Division (EMD) and its operating sub-divisions, AFC Maintenance, Telecommunications, and the Central Electronics Shop.
  • This position requires heavy use of Excel using complex formulas to reconcile, and track different data sets, including but not limited to staff onboarding, availability, attrition, and EMD headcount.
  • Responsibilities will also include providing administrative support, which may include generating performance statistics, verifying Division compliance and adherence to deadlines, creating reports for informed decision making, and creating presentations.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for assisting with other operational support functions as needed.
