Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders

Primary responsibilities
-understand business drivers, goals and actionable outcomes of large scale customer experiences.
- Design, execute, and manage the profiles to execute the analyses with the latest data management and statistical tools and languages (e.g. SQL, ETL, Quicksight, AWS Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, S3, Python, R)
- Construct and execute robust analyses that lead to actionable insights for Product and Marketing leaders to act upon.
Work independently to identify objectives and problem solve alternative ways to efficiently execute.
- Design, implement, and support tools that can provide structured access to large datasets across the entire client and beyond.
- Model data and metadata to provide product and marketing insights
- Effectively communicate the insights and suggested action items to senior leadership
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analysis templates using AWS and open source tools.
