Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and strategic individual to lead Ipsen's NA Data and Omnichannel Strategy. As a senior leader within the organization, this role will be part of the Business Operations & Strategy (BOS) leadership team, and is responsible for providing strategic direction and motivating the team accountable for developing and implementing Ipsen's commercial data strategy, business architecture, and Omnichannel strategy & implementation.
This individual will be responsible leading high profile organizational and functional objectives and driving projects with a large degree of visibility. The position requires not only technical expertise in data strategy, business architecture and omnichannel, but also the ability to effectively lead a team and communicate across the organization to drive business solutions for the organization.

The annual base salary range for this position is $261,000 - $315,000
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. Job Description:

Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
- Lead the Omnichannel & customer engagement function, including providing strategic guidance to Business Units & Brand teams on implementation and evolution of omnichannel strategy
- Help drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure KPI identification, measurement plans and optimization of omnichannel and digital programs, inclusive of global and agency partners
- Lead the design and execute an omnichannel orchestration strategy aligned with Ipsen's overarching business objectives and therapeutic priorities.
- Lead coordination program updates and progress reports for leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive partnership with the analytics team on advanced analytics to inform engagement strategies, identify opportunities, and optimize customer interactions
- Own campaign operations across websites and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals
- Lead team responsible for development and implementation of enterprise commercial & medical data, digital, & commercial IT strategy to maximize insights and efficiencies.
- Define and execute holistic data strategy aligned with business priorities (eg: omnichannel, AI/ML, real world evidence, etc.)
- Develop and implement governance structures, policies, and processes to ensure data quality, stewardship, security, privacy and compliance (eg: GDPR, HIPAA, GxP)
- Lead strategies for Master Data domains (eg: HCP, HCO, Product, Patient) and metadata to ensure consistency
- Guide team responsible for creation and execution of commercial IT roadmap aligned with the business
- Guide the development of a multi-year data strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment to business needs and global directives
- Partner with Commercial analytics, AI and digital teams to ensure onboarding and use of data
- Partner with Commercial Analytics and Insights to pro actively establish strategic forums with each business unit and supporting functions, to promptly identify business priorities and challenges that inform brand data strategy, purchases, and implementation aligned to industry best-practices
- Lead data literacy and partner with Commercial Analytics to enable self-service analytics
- Lead function responsible for Ipsen's business architecture and technology enablement, ensuring close partnership with other BOS and cross functional partners & stakeholders for efficient implementation of critical projects
- Motivate, lead and develop team, while constantly assessing structure to anticipate evolving and future business needs
- Provide continuous updates to Business Units and NA leadership on evolution on KPIs, omnichannel & data strategy evolution
- Drive enterprise mindset within team of direct reports and across organization, including appropriate budget management
Knowledge & Experience
- BA/BS e in in a technical or analytical field such as statistics, operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, economics, math, etc.
- Minimum 12+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in managing data management and/or analytics programs and capabilities
- Prior experience in effectively leading teams critical
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and effectively anticipate customer needs
- Enterprise level leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate and drive results
- Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of business KPIs; knowledgeable in current and future data industry trends
- Ability to synthetize, communicate and present complex information clearly and with confidence to peers and senior leaders
- Excellent communicator, able to persuasively convey both ideas and data, verbally and in writing
- Proven skills as an effective team player who can engender credibility and confidence within and outside the company
- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership and Brand teams.
- Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage team and diverse range of simultaneous projects and brand priorities
- Must possess experience managing multiple, complex projects involving cross-functional teams
- Experience in omnichannel marketing in industries with heavy use of digital channels
- Prior experience and knowledge developing and implementing data strategy within pharma industry
- Ability to align data strategy with business priorities (eg: patient centricity, commercialization, digital transformation)
- Proficiency in designing and operationalizing governance models
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to align with executive sponsors, functional leaders and operational teams
- Understanding of data architecture and data assets used in Pharma/biotech (eg. Claims, SP/SD, syndicated data sets, field data, digital activity, etc.)
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data quality business processes, solutions, methodologies.
- Experience with 3rd party pharmaceutical data (i.e. claims data, etc..)
