Your Role
The Digital Employee Experience team is focused on delivering a delightful experience across devices, systems, and processes for employees. The Manager, Collaboration Products & Services is a new role, reporting to the Director, Digital Employee Experience. In this role, you will lead and guide a highly skilled engineering team, delivering solutions to the employees of the organization....solutions that allow teams to connect, interact and collaborate seamlessly regardless of where they reside. You and your team will own, deploy and operate these services in support of a product-oriented model.

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Provide team leadership and management of the Collaboration and AV teams: mentoring and coaching, personnel/staffing resource management, budget management, and oversight of daily engineering and product team responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership and strongly advocates automation and monitoring at all steps of engineering, from designing through integration, testing, and releasing to deployment and infrastructure management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and business cases that will shape and streamline the digital workplace experience, reducing costs and improving service performance for our employees and members
- Guide and promote the adoption of a DevSecOps approach (mindset, culture, and tooling/automation) and Agile methodologies to achieve desired outcomes
- Synthesize complex data/information and lead designing and engineering of complex enterprise systems requiring high performance, efficiency, scalability, and availability
- Monitor and track relevant metrics that improve the Collaboration technology roadmaps and operating model
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Model a strong sense of ownership and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders
- Maintains currency on new technologies, platforms, and architecture patterns and provides direction on emerging technologies to ensure capabilities support evolving business demands and improve business value
- Implement and carry out security standard methodologies, ensuring data privacy and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience, strongly prefers 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Strongly prefers at least 4 years of experience managing divers-functional technical teams
- 5 years of experience in engineering and operating conferencing and collaboration platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams) preferred
- Knowledge and experience working in a public cloud, e.g., Azure, AWS
