Senior Business Intelligence Engineer IV
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare-related customer experience programs. In this role, you will design and implement large-scale data models, execute robust analyses, and deliver actionable insights to product and marketing stakeholders. Your work will directly support high-visibility health initiatives, including the launch of telehealth services and the ongoing evolution of digital prescription solutions.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role that emphasizes independent problem-solving, technical depth, and collaboration with cross-functional partners in product, marketing, and data science. The ideal candidate thrives in data-rich environments and has a passion for transforming complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across health and technology teams to identify key business questions and translate them into data strategies
  • Design, build, and manage data models and pipelines that power insights into customer behavior, engagement, and program impact
  • Execute end-to-end analytics using SQL, Redshift, S3, Python, and other data tools to inform and improve business operations
  • Build interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar platforms
  • Drive requirements gathering sessions and provide structured access to large-scale datasets across the organization
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership, turning insights into recommendations
  • Contribute to data architecture improvements and support strategic planning with analytic frameworks and reporting tools
  • Work independently 70-80% of the time while engaging cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and marketers
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced SQL - for querying large datasets and supporting deep-dive analytics
  • ETL pipeline development - using in-house or cloud-based tools for scalable data integration
  • Data visualization - using Tableau, QuickSight, or equivalent tools to create dashboards and reports
  • Preferred Tools & Skills:
    • Familiarity with cloud-based data services such as Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, or S3
    • Experience using Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
    • Strong background in data modeling and warehouse design
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes under tight deadlines
    • Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or related field preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Candidate Requirements:
    • 7+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions
    • Strong analytical mindset and comfort in ambiguous environments
    • Leadership qualities aligned with Learn and Be Curious, Dive Deep, and Deliver Results
    • Experience working in cross-functional settings, especially in health or digital service environments, is a plus
